How To book
Instructions on how to book your game – the “Chrab” system
Log on to http://www.leylandgolf.co.za/
Click on the menu item called “Book Your Game”
The details of the next game ie venue, date and time, cut off date and banking details is displayed, as well as a list of all members and their guests.
To make a change you have to log on to the system by entering your Username and Password in the boxes provided.
Your user name (if loaded) is the first three letters of your first name followed by the first three
letters of your second name
Eg John Smith will be “johsmi” and Albert Ferreira will be “albfer”. If you use two initials as your
first name then follow those with an underscore “_” and then the first three letters of your last
name as in “jp_ols” for JP Olsen
This user name will be yours forever on the Chrab system.
Your initial password has been loaded as your first name in lower case but we urge you to change
it to something else so your booking can’t be tampered with. This password will be case sensitive
and you need to remember it for future use.
Once signed in more options will be available to you to make/cancel a booking, book for a guest etc.
Click on the drop down arrow to the right of the “Select a function to perform” box and decide what
you want to do and then click on “PERFORM THIS FUNCTION” button. Remember to book your guests this
way also.
If your name is not on the list you may still be classified as a guest and must get your sponsor to
book you or we have mistakenly missed you. If your name is missing please e-mail me
